TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE OLYMP SPORT NUTRITION READER COMPETITION
 

Conditions of entry
 
1. This prize draw is only open to UK residents excluding employees and agents of the Promoter or any company connected with the production or distribution of this competition or prize, as well as their relatives or members of their family or households.
 
2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request.
 
3. By entering the prize draw you are deemed to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
 
4. Only one entry will be accepted per person, postal address or email address.
 
5.Closing date is 8/5/2008
 
The prize and the winner
 
6. The 10 prizes, provided by Olymp consist of:
1 x 1350 gms tubs of Massacra
 
7. No alternative prizes are offered by the Promoter.
 
8. The prize winners will be selected in a random draw by an independent judge from all eligible entries and will be held before May 15th 2008. The winner will be notified by the Promoter by email within three weeks of this date and will be given details of how to accept their prize. Failure to accept the prize in the manner and time frame specified will make any claim invalid and the Promoter will then select another winner (again selected randomly in a draw) from all remaining eligible entries who will be contacted as above.
 
9. The prize is not transferable and the winner must take their prize in person unless specifically agreed otherwise by the Promoter. No substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed.
 
General
 
10. The Promoter is not responsible, and shall not be liable, for any problems related to any telephone network lines, computer online systems or equipment, software failure of any email or failure of an entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, telephone lines or www.muscle-fitness.co.uk, or any combination thereof, including but not limited to any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this prize draw. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt nor will proof that an email has been sent be deemed proof of receipt. No entries will be accepted in bulk, from agents or third parties.
 
11. The Promoter and its agents are not responsible for any injury or damage to the computer, other hardware, or software of entrants or any other person, resulting from or relating to use of the website.
 
12. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter hereby excludes all warranties, representations, covenants and liability (whether express or implied) relating to this prize draw and/or the prize.
 
13. Entrants agree to release the Promoter and its agents from any and all liability, damages, or loss incurred as a result of acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize awarded in this prize draw or in connection with participation in any prize related activities. Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter is purely communicating the terms of this promotion to you and that Blender Bottle (as provider of the prize itself) is responsible and liable for all prize related issues.
 
14. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the Promoter's liability for (i) death or personal injury as a result of its negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
 
15. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or cancel the prize draw should virus, bugs, tampering, fraud or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter corrupt or hinder the administration, security or proper play of the prize draw.
 
16. Unless you have indicated otherwise, the Promoter will only use your personal details submitted as part of this prize draw to administer the prize draw.
 
17. In the event of any dispute regarding this prize draw, the decision of the Promoter shall be binding and final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
 
18. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any entrant or entry which does not comply with these terms and conditions and/or any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of these terms and conditions. In the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel this prize draw.
 
19. If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part that part shall be severed from the remainder of the provisions and the validity of the other provisions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
 
20. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.
