4) farmers walk 160kg each hand 20mtrs Fastest time wins
5) medley: 7 tyre flips, 210 kg duck walk 15 mtrs, Keg load 120 145 170kg. 2 mins time limit
6) hercules hold 130kg each hand. Longest time wins
