Delivering the current Mr O’s and bodybuilding legends past and present has become and expected demand for the BodyPower Expo, and this year looks set to be the biggest year yet.
Gracing the biggest bodybuilding event in Europe over 18th – 20th May @ NEC, Birmingham, both the current and the past legends will be in abundance. With current bodybuilders fresh in everyone’s mind, the undoubted headline name will be the newly crowned Mr O Phil “The Gift” Heath” His last appearance at the expo was in 2010 and he was a hugely popular figure then. Alongside Phil will be another athlete who, having last visited at the launch of the expo in 2009, looks set for a pretty lively return. Kai Green is the name on everyone’s lips at the minute and Kai will be on the MHP/MucleMeds stand over the 3 days of the expo. A name that is yet to visit the BodyPower Expo is Branch Warren. However, 2012 see’s Branch visit the expo for what looks set to be a well overdue visit.
Not content with delivering todays greats, BodyPower offers a plethora of champions who have helped grow the sport to where it is today. Rich Gaspari, Flex Wheeler, Dorian Yates and Ronnie Coleman – the names don’t get much bigger in the bodybuilding world. Meet them on the exhibition floor or in one of the super theatre talks and you can not only tap into their expert advice and secret tips, but you can see for yourself how much these guys appreciate their UK fans.
No show would be complete without its home grown talent and BodyPower helps enhance that. On a professional level Flex Lewis and Zack Khan will be proudly flying the British Flag. It’s your chance to chat to these guys and find out what makes them tick. Being based over in the States, Flex is especially keen to visit the expo and ensure he finds time for his own fans.
BodyPower is also keen to encourage and help Bodybuilding amateurs. Leading names such as Dave Titterton will be on hand to offer advice on how to achieve your training goals and he will also offer an insight into what is required to turn pro – something he himself wishes to do. The BodyPower UKBFF Super Qualifier will be taking place at the expo on Saturday 19th May and for the first time in the events history – there will be prize money up for grabs.
